To whom it may concern: We have gotten a notice of complaint from the Revdex.com that was addressed to an employee that hasn’t been with the company for quite some time. If you don’t mind, please update the contact information to mine located in the signature section below to
ensure that any future correspondence is addressed quickly. The said complaint, ID *** states that the customer contacted our office on 4/6/(Wednesday) to cancel an order placed on 4/2/2016. The customer also states that the Denby cancellation/order change policy wasn’t known nor indicated at the time the order was placed. Our terms and conditions are order changes and/or cancellations must be made within minutes of placing the order. Those terms and conditions are clearly stated on our website (under terms and conditions) and also present on the e-mail order confirmation sent to each buyer. We have such a policy because once we send an order to our 3rd party for fulfillment, we cannot make changes nor intercept that order from being processed. In this particular case, the tracking information via *** website indicates that this order had already been placed on the truck prior to the call be made to our office. We understand that customer’s may make mistakes and/or have some change of heart relative to purchases. Our goal is to accommodate those situations to the best of our ability. Sometimes we just can’t make the changes the customer wants.
