their own choice, decided to cancel the permit and demand a refund from all parties involved including the building department. Since my services were rendered as per contract I refused a refund request at which time the complainant threatened legal action against me. Only then did I respond with a threat of legal action in defense of my fulfilled contractual obligations. The situation has been reviewed by industry professionals as well as state bodies and the complainants claims have been found to be misguided and / or false.

I can't build my addition with current plans I have unless I learn to teleport through the floor. The architect agreed in writing to correct the plans and provide them to me, he did not. If he agreed to correct the plans then he realized there was a mistake with the details for the staircase. He has never contacted me to seek clarification on the issues the framer has with the plans and why I need a correction to proceed. I am thoroughly disappointed, devastated and exhausted in this whole process that was suppose to be an enjoyable addition to mine an my families lives. If Modern Designs refuses to correct the plans then I accept his refusal and will move on with my life as it is causing me an my family great strife and I no longer wish to have it burden me.
