Respected Sir/Madam,
This is in response to the complaint filed by Mr*** *** from *** *** ***
Technocraft Solutions, Staff augmentation service provider,
providing IT resources on contract basis to many
of our clients. We get
many IT resources as employee or independent consultant to fulfill contract
positions with our clients. As this matter concern, we have decided to
get Mr*** on board to fulfill this contract positionWe wanted to start
our relation with Mr*** with this contract positionEvery IT resources
work for Technocraft Solutions generates revenue for Technocraft solutions so we
have no intention to lose thatWe were not aware that Mr*** would not take
that position otherwise we would have provided substitute for that position or
let our client know in advance. We do not see any other way to provide
Mr***’s contract service as Mr*** has decided to walk away with our
offer due to his personal reasonsWe can assure that we are not using Mr
***’s service for any other client at this point Mr*** *** called us on 3rd June, and said that due to some personal reasons he would not take this offerMr*** *** also informed Mr*** *** about the sameWe tried to reach Mr*** ***, to tell about *** ***, he replied by saying that his company did not want us to communicated with them anymoreThis business did not
happen due to unforeseen events and we have no control on thisOur attempt to
explain it to client has been failed as well

They still don't want to take the ownership of issueWe never closed the door for communication before the incident but only after when they worked in this fashionEven after the whole incident, we never heard back from them and only a phone call and an email from consultant AFTER WE FILED Revdex.com Complaint If you have a proof of calls returned, and email replied, then provide it to usAt no point, despite we calling you and emailing you, you tired to manage the situation and give us any indication of this sortYou are only replying now because we filed a complaint against you in Revdex.com else I am sure you would have not even repliedWe willnever do business with your company but would press for the damages you caused to our business

Hello Sir/Madam,
This is in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] & [redacted] against Technocraft Solutions.
We have resolved the issue internally on 25th January 2014.  Please find attached email conversation for your reference.
We also spoke to them on Friday 7th February...

2014 regarding this issue, and they said that the issue is resolved. Please clarify the same with [redacted].
If you have any questions please do let me know and also let me know if this complaint is closed.

I am rejecting this response because:
This all happened after all the damage was done and candidate responded only because we lodged a complaint. Otherwise, they had no intent to respond as they hadn't responded to our calls or emails before that. Till now I have not heard anything back from the company. They didn't pick a call or replied to our emails and only after we lodged a complaint, candidate called us back next day. Till then it was too late and all the damage was done. They had wrong intent to start with and at no point before the start date, this was communicated. Candidate didn't even mention anything about any issue before. When candidate called, he said he is going back to India but when he sent an email, he used the term like "may have to" so that he is not caught with his lies. This clearly shows the intent of candidate and company and we still want to press for the damages.
