I am rejecting this response because: It was an Infinity Salesperson who came to my door and told me
lies just to get the saleHow is it that if i'm not with Infinity they know all this informationI am now aware that Infinity And *** are partners but some one besides me needs to be accountableI have sent both companies a cancellation letter and I feel that is enoughThere is no way I feel I have to pay $for thisThey are both just trying to take advantage of me and who knows how many other seniorsIt's now at the age of that I learn the lesson that companies are scamsThey want $when all they had to do is pay me $like I was toldHad that have happened I would not had reason to want to change serviceI'm not sure who the salesperson was at this point but I know Infinity doesMaybe he should have to pay *** $I will file a complaint on *** except for the fact I didn't talk to anyone representing them
