THIS COMPANY IS CONSTANTLY CALLING OUR BUSINESS SAYING THEY ARE "***" AND THAT WE HAVE HACKERS IN OUR SOFTWARE WE HAVE TOLD THEM TO TAKE US OFF OF THEIR CALLING LIST, WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN THEIR SERVICES AND THEY STILL CALL US DAILY SOMETIMES AND TIMES A DAY OUR COMPANY IS DECIDING WHETHER TO FILE HARASSMENT CHARGES AGAINST THEM IF THEY CONTINUE TO CALL

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They get into your computer and take over and never resolve problems. They got my credit card information and compromised my credit card. Lucky enough I caught it and my bank reversed the charges. They call at all hours day and night. They use different phone numbers when you block numbers. It's horrible! I wish I never heard of them.

Review: Techno Hub IT failed to provide software/service that would/could keep my home computer safe. I called and talked to "[redacted], who is Indian and merely given an assigned name about 10 days ago. My transaction was for $199.00 and my computer was hacked and oddly enough when I attempt to view their own website, www.technohubitservices.com/services, my protection parameters from my computer say this is a malicious website and do not proceed.

"[redacted] promised first thing Monday morning he would someone from customer service call my home and offer a good faith gesture of return of $100.00. Nobody has called and I was going to get my $199.00 back when I talked to someone higher up, as I never agreed in principle to any amount, the $100.00 was his solution.Desired Settlement: Their service is non-existent and I demand my $199.00 back.

Review: Unfortunately, the corporate offices may not know how their office in Atlanta Georgia is handling their customers. I have repeatedly asked the technicians in Georgia to stop calling me because I no longer want their services. This has been going on for over a year now and they still call intermittently. When they call, they do not listen to anything I am saying and still try to access my computer. I repeatedly say no and they repeated try to keep me on the telephone until the get the answer they want. If I do not say what they want to hear, they hang up on me and call again in a few days. They tell me my email is being hack by someone in Russia, which it is not. They wanted me to sell my computer to only God knows who, and I would get my initial payment of $499.00 for their services back. Also initially they told me the $499.00 would be for lifetime service. Which in another phone call they told me it was for one year.Today, Feb.26,2015, I received another phone call and again, explained that I no longer wanted their services and to stop calling me. I was told that they would not stop calling, that they had my email, IP address, name and location and would continue calling. When I asked a friend to listen to this conversation, they hung up. I don't know where to turn or how to get them to stop calling me. I believe this is now bordering on harassment.Desired Settlement: I would ([redacted]), who is says his name is, and anyone else in this company to stop and decease calling me. This company is also connected to Superior Tech Help, which I understand has many complaints against them. I Believe Techno IT Services got my information from Superior, but can't prove it.If at all possible, I would greatly appreciate it if you could just get them to stop calling me and harassing me.
