I went to Technollo's website on March 2, (via a link on another site that show's the results of multiple buyer sites)Technollo's site offered me $for my old cell phoneThe highest (by a few dollars) over other sitesTwo days later I received a self addressed envelope in the mailI put my phone in it and posted it on March 4, (USPS)According to the tracking data, they received it on March 9, I got concerned a few days ago because I hadn't heard from themToday (March 23, 2015) I received a check from them in the mail for $

I am rejecting this response because:
Thank you for following up with me yesterday regarding our Revdex.com complaint with TechnolloAs you requested, here is an update of where we currently are:
Technollo mentioned in their last Revdex.com complaint update notice that they would be sending us back all our phones and tablets and contacting FedEx to sort out the mixing box containing phones
However, here is what actually happened:
1) We only received phones back of the confirmed phones in Technollo’s possession. of our most valuable phones where not returnedAlso, none of the phone accessories were returned
2) We only received tablets back out of the tablets we sent to Technollo. The top tablets that are the most valuable where not returned. Also, none of the tablet’s accessories were returned
When I asked Technollo why all our phones and tablets with their accessories where not returned as promisedThey said that they had already sold of our most valuable phones and of our most valuable tablets and that they would pay us as close to the selling price as possible
We refused to accept their offer as this is basically equivalent to forcing us to sell it to them at whatever price they mentioned. Again, the reason why we requested that Technollo returned all our devices is because we could not agree on a price that would work for us
Basically, we were not willing to accept Technollo’s “low ball” offers for our phones and tabletsWe then sent a demand letter to Technollo saying that if Technollo was not able to provide us back all our phones and tablets as promised then Technollo will have to pay us what we were asking for them
3) The missing box containing of our most expensive phones that was provided to Technollo using their FedEx account number and shipping label is still missingTechnollo has refused to address this issue
So we contacted FedEx directly to ask the status of our missing phones then filed and submitted a claim with the supporting invoice to FedEx for $5,for the missing phonesHowever, FedEx said that all they can do is pay a maximum of $for the box of missing phonesThis is because Technollo did not provide a declared value on the shipment for the box of phones when they generated the shipping label and sent to us to use in shipping them our phones
FedEx claims then said that they could not actually discuss any further with us on adjusting the claim because we were not the shipper or receiver but that Technollo was and so is legally responsible
Essentially, Technollo took legally possession of the box of telephones when they were shipped using Technollo’s FedEx account information
So we sent a DEMAND letter for payment as follows to Techollo:
$for tablets not returned @ $per tablet
$1,for phones not returned @ $per phone
$for the missing accessories not included with the returned phones and tablets
Pay the value of our FedEx claim: $5,
Total: $7,
In summary, we have been very patient and hopeful that this issue will be resolved amicably in a timely manner with TechnolloHowever, Technollo has refused to address our demand for payment, return all our devices, and resolve the missing phones and pending claim with FedEx
We are open to arbitration by the Revdex.com to help in resolving this issue
