He was again instructed over the phone how to install the part himself. ** *** again called to schedule the technician, but demanded a free service charge. ** *** made several attempts to reschedule the technician, but got tired of waiting and entered our shop on the final day and was asked to leave. ** *** refused to leave, so the owner called the police. ** *** had a concealed weapon in our showroom, so he decided to return the gun to his vehicle and wait by the front door.
