*** *** did indeed request service. The technician showed up, but was unable to complete the install because it required a manufacturer's part that we do not sell. ** *** was then instructed to buy the part himself, then we would come
back out to fix the issue. Upon our return, it was discovered the ** *** had purchased wrong part. It was agreed that we could work around the missing part (hour service charge) and the technician instructed him on site how to install the part himself once the correct part was obtained. ** *** finally got the correct part, but forgot how to install it himself. He was again instructed over the phone how to install the part himself. ** *** again called to schedule the technician, but demanded a free service charge. ** *** made several attempts to reschedule the technician, but got tired of waiting and entered our shop on the final day and was asked to leave. ** *** refused to leave, so the owner called the police. ** *** had a concealed weapon in our showroom, so he decided to return the gun to his vehicle and wait by the front door.
