Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised he has done work for this consumer. He stands behind his work. This consumer is a repeat customerConsumers wife reached out to this company asking for advice of what type of computer to purchase for her husband for gaming. The company came
out to set every thing up for the consumer however the consumers hard drive crashed and the computer had to be returned to HP. Upon receipt of the consumer receiving the new computer the business returned to consumers residence to set up system. During the second visit the consumers wife asked the business to set up the surround sound and wireless network. The surround sound sub-woofer was not working however that issue was due to the age of the item which just needs to be replaced. The consumer also asked business set up his Apple TV, company was unable to set up up the Apple TV as it would not connect to the wireless network, the business tried everything he could including factory resetting the unit. The consumer was advised that he should just replace the Apple TV with a new one. The company attempted to work with this consumer however he could even adjusting the bill down A few weeks after the appointment the consumer told company that they had gotten everything fixed. The company had no additional contact until September when the company set out correspondence to all their consumers asking if they wanted to set up an appointment for the windows update Consumer's behavior was less then professional. The business just wished to part ways with consumer an agreed to given him $refund to be done with this matter, even though there was no issue or concern with the company's work

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The company's response is false! They made ONLY! one visit to my home. Spent 4 hours at my home and left with non of the services completed. The technician told me my Apple TV product was the fault. The apple TV product was not the fault at all. The problem was in the "[redacted]" The Technician that made the final repair for FREE as part of the Modem product installation told me he was VERY surprised that the first technician had missed such an academic problem and that I had been charged $400.00 when there was NO service provided. I tried repeatedly to get a refund from Technology Simplified and the response was always a nasty cynical response and NO effort to make things right. I finally took the company to small claims court. I have received my full $400.00 refund. SO though the situation is resolved for me. It is NOT resolved for all the trusting patrons of my community that may not have the time and the intestinal fortitude to hold this unethical company accountable for there seedy business practices and inept skill level. I am prayerful that as a Revdex.com you will do all you can to protect the unwary consumer from this company until such time they are no longer in business.
