Kelly W[redacted] from [redacted] Kelly W[redacted] originally hired us to help with her Social Media Marketing. Kelly made it very clear that prior to hiring us she was already receiving negative reviews from customers as I have attached from an email she had sent us. She had told us that a previous customer...

was using incorrect names to post reviews about her business. Few weeks into the campaign Kelly received a few additional negative complaints on her [redacted] business page obviously from fake profiles. Kelly immediately notified us of these reviews which we informed her that we would report these reviews to [redacted] to get them removed. Unfortunately that is the most that we could do is to get the reviews removed since we have no control over what is actually posted on [redacted]. A few days after submitting the reviews to [redacted], Kelly continued to call us demanding we get those reviews removed. We had explained to her that it takes time to get reviews removed and to have patience with the process. She stated this was going to ruin her image and kill her business, we advised the best thing to do is go on with her day and let the process work it self out - we even sent her a $100 gift to go and relax and enjoy a relaxing time on us as good faith, which she gladly accepted and cashed. Few days later Kelly called demanding we turn over our log files, after speaking with our IT Support team we are unable to turn over log files as log files contain sensitive customer information for other customers & would be a breach of confidentiality in addition our company only keeps log files for 7 days. We told her we could not turn over the log files and she demanded a refund. We refunded her money as you can see attached here to this response. We offered to continue to work to help her get the negative reviews removed but Kelly had "blocked" our company and revoked all access which prevented us from further being able to help her. As a resolution our company has refunded the money.

I have worked with technologyNRG for the past 5 years and never had a single problem. They always over deliver and give us a great app. Our iPhone app update just came out and it truly has wow'd our customers. This company has bent over backwards to make sure our app gets released on time and on budget. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

They promised a lot and delivered nothing. Stayed with them for nearly a year and never got any return on my investment. I feel scammed, not sure if their even a legitimate company. Kevin is a liar who never follows through with anything he says. Worse Buissness experience of my life. Beware!!!
