Hello Revdex.com,
We have been communicating with our customer regarding this
issue.  Our customer contacted us on
Oct.17 regarding a problem with the laptop screen she received from
TechOrbits.   We tried to help and
provided our customer with solutions to fix the issue. ...

When that did not help, we offered and did
send a replacement on 10/17/2016 along with a prepaid return label to send back
the alleged defective screen. The replacement screen was delivered on
10/20/2016 USPS Tracking# [redacted]. Our customer, over the course
of 3 days, spoke with two different representatives that tried to help and
resolve the issue; however our customer wanted us to reimburse 60.00 for the
installation of the screen.  We explained
to our customer that the warranty does not cover labor.  We've been willing to work with our customer
to resolve this issue by offering a 15% refund for any inconvenience this
matter has caused, however our customer has declined and has made no attempt to
send back the defective screen so we can test the item. Prepaid return label
provided to customer for return of defective screen USPS

Revdex.com:I did not return the screen because the company was supposed to call me back. Two messages were left with the owner and not returned. The screen will be returned when I hear feedback from the company. They have my phone number and refuse to contact me. This was about three weeks ago. The new screen, additionally, is also defective.  
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Review: I purchased a Samsung S4 Digitizer Assembly from TechOrbits on 8/21/14 for $157.35 I installed the entire digitizer only to find that the touch screen was not working; the assembly would load up but you couldn't swipe the screen at all. I had to completely remove the assembly and send the DEFECTIVE part back to TechOrbits which cost me an additional $6.95 to send back.... only to receive the DEFECTIVE assembly back and they tell me they're not replacing it because now it has a crack. IT WAS NOT WORKING TO BEGIN WITH. I filed a claim with Amazon as well. I can't believe I've now lost $157.53 + $6.95 = $164.48 to this company! I do A LOT of business through Amazon and I am not a scammer in any way. If something doesn't work I expect replacement not a run around; it didn't take them long to take my money the least I expect is a working part or at least a replacement in return.

Chain of events:

I first contacted TechOrbits on Sept 1st and they instructed me to send the part back for replacement because it was still under warranty. I shipped back to them for $6.95 on Sept 4.

Received the part back on 9/12 advising the screen was cracked so they would not replace it. There was also no mention of refunding me my money for a defective part

9/12/14 I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and Amazon.

I no longer have faith in the company and want my money back. Now I'm out of a phone and lost $164.48Desired Settlement: I would like my money back! I feel like I've been bamboozled!
