I bought a used computer tower and keyboard and a printer from Techs 4U with a year warrantyI had problems when I hooked up computer and printer I talked to owner [redacted] , who said it worker great hereHe said he would come to my home and fix computer times and never cameI have told him I just would like my money back before I take file with Revdex.com or file a claim with small court claims I told him he can have all equipment back just return my money

This customer was given a full refund on 2-19-18 of $350 in cash. I have uploaded the copy with his signature below my initials. The customer had only had the computer for a few days and came in to my store demanding a refund on 2-17-18 which was a Saturday. I told him We did not have that in cash...

and the banks where closed and I offered him a check and he yelled that he demands cash. I told him to bring all items back on the next business day and his money would be refunded. He brought the computer back and I refunded his money. I later checked the items and found them to be working fine and have since sold the computer to another customer. Sorry the customer was confused about our policies
