I am truly saddened by this customer's inconvenience in canceling her accountsI can assure her and anybody else inquiring that there was no need to do this on our account. We strive for excellent customer service and how many thousands of satisfied customersWe believe in granting refunds
with no questions asked any time a customer requests itWe also have no access to a customer's financial information at any time during or after a sale.In this case service was rendered on the 11th of March and a request came in on the 13th to have the money refunded, which we did on the very day the request came inI am sending the receipts for both transactions.I am sorry that we have no control over where a customer takes her computer (or has it taken) after we have provided serviceThe last we knew, everything worked properly when we were finishedIf she had called back for further service, she would have received it at no additional charge as she opted for a subscription for months anywayEven a person who only pays for a one-time fix will have days of free additional support.We are in our 3rd year of business and it is important to us to maintain strong customer relations and to build trust with our customersMany hundreds of them have subscriptions with us and we provide service to them continuously even, sometimes, at the expense of losing new sales.Our top priority always has been and always will be about our quality of service!
