I took my IPad Air which was practically new(I had just purchased it on black Friday 2014), I dropped it and broke the screen, and my IPad worked fine even with the cracked screen; however, I was referred to TechShell by my daughter, and I took my IPad to them in May 2015. Since then my IPad skips from my pictures to my email to facebook, etc. I can hardly put my passcode in it because it's skipping all over the place. It's been taken back to TechShell numerous of times and still no good. I decided to replace my own screen today 11/21/15 only to find out my screws were missing. The four screws that should have been holding the LCD down are MISSING. We're talking about a $500 device totally unusable, so I'd like to know what they're going to do about it. I wouldn't recommend tech shell to anyone because their work isn't good unless they take parts of other people electronic devices to fix someone else's??? I'm not happy at all, and I don't recommend them to anyone!
