Correspondence occurred with complainant on October 18, October and October explaining the issues with the transaction that occurred on 10/and was fully refunded on 10/(see attached receipt)The original transaction from September was never processed from subjects bank account
by third party merchant until October 17, thus for not allowing refund requested during SeptemberOnce transaction was brought to companies attention full refund was issued as noted in attached receipt
