The equipment has long cores leaving it impossible to affect part of a lower section of a car and not the top sectionAlso, this damage is on the front driver sideThe equipment follows the entire vehicleWhy is there not damage the remainder of the vehicle? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The car wash made no offer for resolution of my complaint. The response was that they were not at fault. I cannot with 100% certainty say what caused the damage, but I know it happened on their property. My car door will not open more than a foot, and it was fine when I pulled in. Their employees validated there was nothing wrong with the door when vacuuming. (It has nothing to do with hearing a crunching noise, the door will not swing open as it should.)
I don't understand why anyone would believe I made up this story and caused myself so much aggravation!! I can get the car repaired - but on principle the business that caused $1,000 damage to my car should take responsibility (and at the very least trust the people they employ.)
I want my $500 deductible reimbursed.
