To whom it may concern, I have double checked again with the returns department and we could not find the complainant's packageWe have asked the complainant multiple times for the tracking number which shows delivery but she failed to provide itI am not sure whyEven in her response, she only said "That watch was returned and they received I got confirmation from USPS"She failed to provide us with that confirmationIf she really has the confirmation, why wouldn't she provide us with it? Whenever we have a situation like this and we ask the customer for the tracking #As soon as they provide us with it and it shows delivered, we issue a full refund back to their account right away, without hesitation even if we do not have the package in our hand yet Please understand that we are not here to scam people from their money in any wayWe are a hard working company and we try to provide you with the best customer service possible.
