We have Holland Home Services clean our gutters for many years This past year in November we will have them clean gutters for the last time I called them back in January to check why the gutters are leaking and seem to be overflowing after they cleaned it Rob(not sure if that's the correct name) came by and said there was no fault on his company He kept on blaming that it's my gutters He said he has never seen gutters like ours? Gutters are years old He didn't even want to inspect to see if there might be a crack in the gutter He went as far as saying that he wants to call a roofer on my expense to check my roof? Kept on asking me if I am willing to pay a roofer $60/hr to have them come out What is wrong Rob? Anyways I am very unsatisfied and you have lost a customer!

On the 16th of June I made an appointment for the windows and gutters to be cleanedI called on Monday the 23rd and a woman told me they were coming on the 26th, great, I call in the afternoon on the 26th just confirming they are coming and they tell me they have not scheduled my appointment yet.When I said I called Monday and was told they would be here Thursday they told me they always make a record of calls and they did not have a record of the callSo basically I was lyingI didn't mention this as I needed the windows cleaned! I have an event on the 28th I really need them cleaned, well that was my fault to, apparently I should have told them thisSo Im a liar and a fool They did end up coming before the event and wash the windows, very well, and came back the next week and started to wash the gutters, but only the insideThe gentleman who came with the quote did not talk to us about what washing the gutters really means, just the inside I have learnedMe the fool again So I phoned to talk to the owner and told him about my experienceNo apology I understand you are busy but this was the worst customer service I have ever had EVER Though I have to say their bill has come quickly and efficientlyThe Amount due is highlighted, in case I can't read it, with all the payment options visible Funnily it says if Im not happy with their work to call them....well what good would that do??

We've been using Holland Home Sevices to clean out our gutters simply because we saw their ad. Seemed OK last year but had a really bad experience with them this year. I list them below:

1) Did not call before arriving.

3) Their office guy constantly cut me off during our conversation.
