Techsvite LLC represents "THIEVES!"
On February 26, 2021, I was charged (by credit card) $349 for "Computer Technical Support" provided by Techsvite LLC located in Irvine, CA (specific address available upon request). Kaspersky (PC security software & virus) referred me to them and "Techsvite" announced that they would be providing me ALL my technical support! After more research, Kaspersky informed me that DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING about Techsvite LLC and they DO NOT RECOGNIZE THEM as a support agent! As a senior citizen, I'm warning EVERYONE that this company is fraudulent and a scam! They provide NO USEFUL SERVICE OR APPLICATION SUPPORT !

Total communication breakdown! Indiscernible communicative skills and dialect "confusion"
I became very confused and disappointed with (ANY) technician(s) corresponding and directing me on how-to, and/or supporting me with my issue(s).
Like many individuals not familiar with the proper use of grammar and pronunciation and their confusing dialect of terms, linguistics, phoenetics, and syntax used in the language (in the U.S.A.), it was a complete failure of my confidence and reliance that my issue(s) would be resolved. His suggestion that I calm down and "have a drink of water ..." is akin to a far east technician replying that " ... if I reboot my computer, I will perhaps have a much, sunny day!" JUST HELP ME RESOLVE MY PROBLEMQ! In my opinion, "Techsvite ™," is Technically INEPT! Just because they are headquartered in the states doesn't guarantee that they can COMMUNICATE CLEARLY! As a suggestion, find technicians with a more louder, distinctive speech pattern, and when spelling and/or reciting codes/technical terms involving alphabetic and/or numbers, use familiar, recognizable, "phoenetic-sounding" and other elements; pronunciation so that ENGLISH-speaking Americans can perceive what they are pronouncing! The rest is easy as following directions, however, you almost led me to "diving off the cliff with the rest of the lemmings!"

Scam
I went into Norton Security site a window popped up to chat. Thinking it was Norton I told them my problem. He dialed into my computer said I had things that had stopped working and they needed to fix it. He then told me it was $145.00 because it was a software issue. He wanted my credit card info. I said no I am not paying you and not giving you any of my card info. He kept insisting well your computer will not work right . I forced my computer down and hung up on him. He called me back and I informed him we were done and hung up again. I called Cox to get the issue with my computer fixed. They are scammers or why would their pop up come up on Norton Security site.

Techsvite is a total scam. On 11/6/2017 I paid "Phillip Jones" $625.00 for "lifetime IT support for 3 devices. They loaded McAfee and some malware on my computer. In November of 2019 I started getting popups to renew my McAfee subscription. On 11/29/19 I called Techsvite at 1-877-960-4041 to complain. First the tech said he couldn't find my customer account, then he found it and transferred me to "Rachel Green" from their customer support dept. She told me "bad people have hijacked your McAfee, they
have killed it, they are hacking into your bank accounts. We can give you lifetime anti hacking software and IP address protection for $996. The Basic Plan is $498. People, I don't have to spell it out for you. TECHSVITE IS A TOTAL SCAM. I am reporting them to
FTC and BBB.

Nov. 23, 2018 after installing a new HP8720 printer and registering it I could not get my computer to recognize it. Without phone numbers on the accomanying HP setup information booklet, I searched on Google. I called one that advertised as being HP. A foreign-speaking female answered, saying she was qualified to handle the issue, and told me her name was Rachael Green. She asked for a phone number in the event of a lost connection. I might add that it was needed twice, and another time she interrupted our conversation for a couple of minutes, supposedly because her 'supervisor' had an announcement. She did access my computer WITHOUT asking permission. Stupidly assuming I was really speaking to an HP tech I didn's stop her. She was very sharp in going to files that showed lengthly dated lists of internal computer activity that included many items that she said were driver segments and were 'stopped' vs a few 'running'. There were multiple 'ERROR' tags. She said this was the problem. Then she ran a few-minute scan, lines flying by, that abruptly ended with a dark red page, implying by words that the program come to an unexpected halt and mentioning words like 'compromised' and 'bank accounts' and such. The she said her company could do the necessary to correct the problems for free, guaranteed in writing, and asked if I wanted her to do it. I was becoming skeptical and she apparently sensed it. I asked her specifically if she were with HP, to which she answered YES. She asked why I seemed hesitant and restated that she was trying to help me but that it was my computer. I declined further help, then called a team-viewer friend who had my printer working in five minutes. In retrospect I have checked my caller ID to see that the callbacks came from a different number than what I had initially used. I also discovered the callback number belongs to Techsvite LLC. I'm mentally kicking my behind for not picking up on the name, Rachael Green, not matching a definitely foreign accented female, as well as for the possible compromise of my confidential information. I hope this will help you beware of TECHSVITE LLC posing as being part of a reputable manufacturer.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We dispute their claim that they identified themselves as a third party vendor. We agree that they cancelled all of the charges only after we made a formal complaint to the FTC per instructions from Dell.

We are a reputed technical support service provider for computer users. We don't advertise representing the brand such as Acer, Dell etc. All our advertisements display our actual URL and text "Support For PC's Issues By Techsvite". We brief...

each customer about our organization and support services we provide.
We rarely get complaints by customers who are unhappy with our services as we maintain highest standards of quality while delivering our support services to PC users. Our support begins when customer is looking for technical support services online and calls us to seek solution to their computer problem. We take prior permission to take the remote access of customer's PC and only after permission our technicians diagnose the issues mentioned by the user over the phone. There are two types of issues either hardware or software we don't support hardware issues, if the issue is software related we brief the issue to the customer after diagnoses and propose the charge to fix the issue. Each price plan has a subscription period and according to customers choice the price plan is offered. Once the troubleshooting is completed customer is sent a invoice with terms to electronically sign and also send an email to us to acknowledge the services and the price paid. Please let us know if required we can share a sample copy of the invoice sent to customers.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Techsvite has a store front to make their business of fake repairs look legitimate. I don't know how when we looked up Acer Computer support the Techsvite phone number came up on an Acer looking site. Acer does not know of Techsvite and has no connection to them for repairs I found when I called them. I couldn't find proof of the claim that "the service we offer is also available on the website of the brand owner."
We were never briefed about the services offered nor the fact we were not talking to Acer.
The price plan mentioned never came during the phone call, only a dollar amount of $300 to $400. Techsvite does have a price plan on their site to make it look legit. We never had it shown to us.
As far as each page of their site having the "Disclaimer," we never saw it because we were on the phone except for the less than a minute Techsvite brought up the home page screen to explain that Techsvite is the Acer approved, US Government sanctioned group to remove "trogens" for a price. That is the only page shown to us and not with enough time but to be shown how they are even rated highly (A) by the Revdex.com. How does that work?
See the video of the call on you tube at the following link then tell me they weren't trying to scam us. Count the times they claim they are Acer Computer support.
