The complaint basically mentioned two items, one in our control and one out of our control. Today, we are reaching out to the customer to discuss possible solutions. The solution we are proposing would solve both of the issues. After we talk with the customer we should have a
roadmap to solve both issues. At this point we only need their input on what direction to go. Even though we feel one of the issues was out of our control I did want to get back to you with our intention to resolve both issues at no cost to the customer or possibly even money back to the customer depending on the solution. I will update you after we are able to contact the customer and discuss our options. Is there anything more you need from me at this time? Do you need more details on the issues or solutions?
