Review: Photos were delivered late, more than 3 months after purchase and the quality is unacceptable. Business does not respond to email, phone messages or Facebook.
Their delivery policy is as follows "Techvantics knows you are anxious to receive your photos and we deliver your league orders within 21 business days of the event and sooner when possible. Online orders are mailed within 10 business days though customized products may take longer." Their Satisfaction policy is as follows ": Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. Parents have the option of requesting a re-shoot of individual pictures, reprints, or a full refund. Parents should contact our office directly by phone or email.Desired Settlement: Would like Business to Refund purchase price of unacceptable photos.
Review: I paid an order online on March 1st, 2013 amounting USD 515.00, but I have not received the photos yet. I have called many times leaving messages and nobody answers. I sent E-Mails claiming the photos and the following communication occured:1. On March 18th, [redacted]) answered he expected to ship my order on Monday, March 18th.2. On April 30th, I claimed again not receiving the photos, and the same person ([redacted].) answered that the photos related to December 2011 event were not possible to be printed out, and he said he would send me the pictures available the next day which never happened.3. On May 23rd, June 4th, and June 6th, I sent messages claiming about my order, but I did not receive any answer so far.Desired Settlement: I would like to be sent the photos available and to have refund the photos not available.
Review: There were numerous issues with this company. He is a photographer. His website advertises that he is a member of two professional organizations. We checked into this today and he is not a member of either. He also advertises that pictures will be delivered within 21 days--we used his services in 12/18/12, and still have not received our photographs (almost 3 months later) even though he cashed our checks in December of 2012 . We have been trying to contact him for almost 2 months. He has not returned a single call. He emails but never called even after we requested a call several times. He promised delivery of our pictures several times that he has not come through and we are still waiting.Desired Settlement: We would like our pictures as promised.
Review: This company took pictures of my son from a basketball team he played on and I still have not received the pictures. He does not respond to my e-mails or calls.Desired Settlement: Either deliver the pictures or give me a refund
Review: Techvantics took pictures of my son's basketball team. I purchased Package D and upgraded package to an Action Mate Upgrade. I should've received a memory mate with an action photo, trader cards and 1 5x7. I didn't receive the package I ordered. My son, who is on an 8 year old team, had his picture (not action photo) put on the team picture of the 12 year old team. I received 2 5x7 photos but no trader cards. I paid Techvantics $40 for the package. It took us several months to receive these incorrect pictures as they were not included with my son's team but were included with the 12 year old team. I contacted the owner, [redacted], on several accounts and initially was told my order would be sent out to me. I never received the correct pictures and then he stopped returning my emails/phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like the pictures that I paid for. I am in need of a Action Mate with an action photo and correct team picture and also trader cards. If he cannot deliver the product at this point, I would at least like my money refunded. Between 4 basketball teams this season, I gave [redacted] and Techvantics alot of my money and feel I deserve to get what I paid for.
Review: We are a youth wrestling club in [redacted]. We had Techvantics come to our club on December 18, 2012 to take individual photos of all our wrestlers. We have been contacting Techvantics since January to try to get delivery of the products ordered. Countless phone calls went unreturned. We have also emailed Techvantics numerous times and have been promised delivery of the items for 2 weeks now with no results.Desired Settlement: All we want is for all our members to receive the photos they purchased. Their checks were cashed over 2.5 months ago. Our sports season is over and they do not have their pictures that were taken almost 3 months ago!
Review: I purchased pictures from Techvantics through my son's football team, several of which contained my son's name on the product. Upon delivery of the products, I noticed that my son's name was spelled incorrectly. I attempted to call Techvantics several times to obtain a corrected product (at least 3 times by phone and once by email) regarding the issue and I have not received any type of response from them to date.Desired Settlement: I would like the product replaced by Techvantics at no cost to me due to the error being their fault and their lack of response to my initial attempts to rectify the issue.
