# tenant called at 4:pm and again at 4:pm SatJune 4th #I returned his call at 6:pm #I called [redacted] Septic at 6:pm #At approx.11am on June 5th [redacted] is at the residence to correct the problem #At approx11:am June 5th [redacted] Cleaning service was at the residence to start cleaning process Tenant [redacted] would not remove his personal belongings stating the they were required to clean his furniture as well He was informed that they were there to clean the premises and owners property only [redacted] refused to let them start work #At 12:pm June 5th Angie C [redacted] from Teck Properties was at the residence to help with needed communication and clarification of procedure #At approx.1:pm [redacted] s clean up team is at the residence and does an estimate to do clean up and repair #At 3:pm June 5th Kevin T***, Owner of Teck Properties is at the residence as well #***, Kevin, and Angie, have a conversation about condition of premises prior to the sewage back up [redacted] states that he was not happy with the front door in particular as the base of the door is rotted, along with other complaints from *** We all agree that [redacted] would be charged no rent for the month of June and that we would mutually agree to terminate the month to month tenancy immediately with no penalties Giving [redacted] the ability to move with no penalties Since that time it has been an on going issue with several times [redacted] mentioning he would be moving his belongings, and several times [redacted] saying he could not find a place We offered him a free room to stay in at the larger home on the property, he has refused this on separate occasions
