Ted Bosse Plumbing & Heating

Mr. Bosse completed a commercial installation of a equipment wash sink, hand wash sink, drain lines and grease trap. On or about October 2013 for the sum of $ [redacted].Subsequently after these sinks had been shut off and drained of all water with the onset of winter.Upon turning the water supply back on, the faucets are leaking at the connections in the front and back of the sinks.Mr. Bosse did respond to our call, and said he would be here in the afternoon to do the repair.We arrived home from errand at 12:15 pm and found his card in the door.We called again and he re-scheduled a return visit, but on two occasions changed them because of his schedual did not allow time. He then said he was on vacation for a couple of weeks, and would call as soon as he returned. That was several weeks ago. We followed up with three phone messages which he never returned a call.We also called [redacted], where we got his name. And told them of his non- response to our calls.They contacted Mr. Bosse three days ago and assured us he would call us.We never received a call from Mr. Bosse. We made an appointment for me to come out to look at this problem and when I arrived there was nobody home. This was at least a 70 mile round trip for me. When I called to see why he was not there , he said "Oh I forgot," I said I would have to reschedule.Several days went by and he called me very upset, I told him I was not available for a few days but when I called to schedule an appointment he said " I don't want you to come out I will get someone else to repair it."I didn't understand why he was so hard to deal with; I was willing to look at this problem, which probably was not under warranty my company anyway.Sincerely,[redacted]T. We called him. He did respond and made several appointments to return. But gave excuses that he had other pressing work he needed to do.Then he was on vacation for a period of 10 days or so.Upon return he left a message that he would come to our house in the afternoon on a specified date.That day we had errands to do in the morning.
