We are not going to refund any money to Mr***, but we *** definitely reapply the interior package and fix Mr*** dissatisfaction with the productMr *** must call us back to set up a appointment to get the ball rolling

I am rejecting this response because:I feel that I wasted so much time little over 4 months to get attention from the dealer and resolve a problem like this, I'm very disappointed for the service that Mr. [redacted] and other managers are provided, they say they called me because I filled this report thru Revdex.com.
