Review: Mr Serjak told me he would be there at 1 pm and he never showed up or called . The tenant left work early to be there for mr serjak and he never showed up , so when[redacted] finally got a hold of mr serjak he said he would be there the following day. Then joel had to lose another days wages and the sink flooded again , then I had to hire a professional carpet cleaner. The job took less then 20 minutes and he charged me 243.00 and he was a whole day late and cost me headaches with tenant plus I had to pay for cleaner.Desired Settlement: I haven 't paid mr serjak since he advertises satisfaction guaranteed, and I feel paying 243 dollars when he was a day late and I had to pay to get carpets scrubbed , plus he has called me all kinds of names and threatened me in numerous text messages. How is that professional ?
