mr *** purchased a *** *** from teds auto sales inc mr *** complained there was a problem with the transmission! so I told him to bring it in and we would drive and check it out ! he called me a week later and told me he went to a transmission shop and the transmission was fine the
transmission shop told him that was normalWeek later he called me and told me he researched it online and said that the drive shaft needed to be greased so we greased it for him at no charge and no $deductible I told mr *** we drove the vehicle and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle that we have the same vehicle in stock for him to come in and drive the one in stock drives just like his but he refused!!.week later he called me again and said the vehicle wasn't right! he found a bulletin online that was for his vehicle so I called the local *** dealer with his vin # they told me it did not apply to his vehicle.Week later he called me again and said he called *** in California and there was a bulletin so we called California with his vin # and the lady there told us it did not apply to his vin #told him we have the persons contact info .Last thing I told Mr *** is if he can tell me what to fix I would have no problem fixing it! I cant fix something that isn't broken!!!! I have been in business over years sold over cars and never had any problems with customers .I have always stood behind everything I sell 100% !!!!

Mr *** baught a *** *** with miles at time of purchase, in massachusettes warranty is only up to miles. we gave mr *** the option of purchasing an extended warranty but refused ! when purchasing the *** mr *** was informed there was no warranty with this
vehicle and signed that he understood ! Mr *** broke down and had vehicle towed to teds auto sales at no charge we repaired vehicle for mr *** for good will! Mr *** had another issue with vehicle took it to his own mechanic and wanted us to pay for it even though he new he had No warranty with this vehicle!!

(1) I never complained to the dealer about the transmission I went straight to a transmission shop for inspection and then to the new car dealer for a second inspection and was told the trans is fine I was told by the transmission shop the there seems to be a problem with the clunk/thunp feeling in the rear of the truck and was given a few problem spots to refer back to the dealers as I did.the dealer was not noted of the issue until I new what the problems maybe so his statement is on this issue after I told him of the finding he said bring it in and we will look into those issues and ask me if I could wait a week or so because help was going on vacation so I said ok(2) yes I did research online and found issues with the model yrs 07-about the thump/clunk feeling in the rear and the tsb that I found referred to the rear drive shaft and told the dealer of my findings and ask him to check it out never told him to replace the drive shaft he went into his own research and till today still tells me I am wrong theres nothing wrong with the truck and the owner never got in the truck himself with me to conferm my problem(3) I never refused to test drive any other trucks the dealer had he just to me that the trucks on his lot do the same thing not ever knowing what the actual problems are with mine (4) sevice tsb or not the truck has a problem with the drive system and the dealer is doing everything possible not to get into it even as far as telling me to go somewhere else and have the truck diagnios and let him know what was found and he will see what he could do this is not my job all the efforts I have make was to try and help with the solving the problem with this truck but its very clear the dealer want nothing to do with this issue. (4) I told him I would pay the first $to get it fix and still does everything possible to avoid fixing the truck, I am not stupid I know theres a problem with the truck but this dealer makes me fell like I am this guy is totally blind to this issuea message to all buyer beware of this dealer get everything you do or have done in righting your going to need it in the long run.?

Yes I bought a car with 139K miles for over 10K The same day as it was purchased and driven homethe check engine light went on Not months later, the SAME day you sold me the truck NOT REASONABLE!! There was never a different issueIt was the same issue Check engine like kept going on and then finally I broke down within weeks of buying it Ted's mechanic could not fix the check engine light problem after several attempts My mechanic said the check engine light had been reset to pass inspection I gave them amble time to fix the problem over and over and over again I had no choice after making several attempts to contact Ted and leaving messages that were ignored, to have my mechanic fix the problem I needed transportation to get to work.Unless someone wants a headache on their hands and feels like being out over 10K plus repairs I would not recommend setting foot in this placeThe extended warranty was refused because of all the red tape I paid the towing, it was not at Ted's expense I am out the towing and expenses for having to fix the truck that would never had passed inspection to begin with Good to know that this is how they do business Like I said, Ted's does not stand behind every sale, only the ones they are required to by law
