In regards to the complaint We at *** stand behind the fact that the leak was not caused by us I would also like to let you
know that *** called and threatened my staff by saying that he was going to picket my business and invited my partner Steve outside to fight with him and also told them to tell Rag-Head which I assume is myself because I'm *** I refuse to deal with someone of this nature and ignorant

I do not accept this response as *** did cause the damage and I have a mechanic willing to testify to that fact.I do not think that telling a company if they do not fix a mistake they have made you are going to picket their business is a threat.No one got invited outside to fight I have never seen Steve or been into ZacksAs for calling someone a Rag-Head I lived in *** for years and think that term is meant as a racist term towards ***I have never heard of this term being directed towards *** by myself or anyone I know.I think what *** has a problem with is correcting mistakes made by his staffI have also noticed *** forgot to mention that he spoke with the mechanic who told him the oil pan could only have been cracked by the plug being tightened to tight
