I always go to Ted's Tire & Total Car Care off mission to get my oil changedToday I went in for the same reasonOne of the employees took my keys right away and went to get my carThe owner looked up my name and said "I notice you've only come in for regular oil changesWhere do you get your repairs done?" and I replied a family friendHe then said "Well, we don't make any money off oil changes so you can have your family friend do it." Then ran outside and stopped his employee from taking my car, handed back my keys and said "OK You're all set!" and walked away
WTF I didn't know I had to come to you for all maintenance or noneWho turns away a perfectly good paying customer!? He was a total *** and very rude! He needs to be put out of business!

STAY AWAYTed' s richly deserves your F grade and worseI had the most disgusting experience as a customer/client I've ever had in my life I bought tires from him years ago and after miles the rear tires were bald and showing wireI thought they should have lasted longer and asked Ted about itHe said it was my problem because the wheels were out of alignmentWhen I asked what that meant and whether they were aligned when I bought the tires he called me a ***When I asked why, he called me a * *** and told me to get the h out of his placeHe then turned to employees and told them to escort this * *** outI was completely flabbergasted to be treated like in such a wayTo anyone thinking of doing business there I can only say DONT

A few months ago I brought my husbands truck here for an oil change and tire rotationWhen I went up to pay they told me THEY put the truck in the wrong bay so they were not going to do the tire rotation yet somehow I still had to pay for itThen today I went there for an oil change and the manager told me they were too busy and couldn't take my business to which I responded very politely with "okay that's fineI understandThank you so much" My deployed husband then texted me so I started to respondAfter LESS THAN ONE MINUTE of being in the parking lot the manager came back up to me and said "you can't just surf the Internet in the parking lotYou need to leave now" I told him I was just texting my husband real fast before I started driving and that I'd be on my way in two seconds(Mind you there were plenty other spaces for customers to parkI was not robbing him of any business)He responded with "I f*ing don't care you need to leave right f*ing nowThis is my f*ing property"Moral of the story is that if you wanted to be treated like worthless garbage then be my guest and waste your money hereIf you want to be treated like an actual human being who is worth the company's time, than I suggest going else whereI don't know how a small business with such TERRIBLE customer service still has their doors openI hope to see them close down very shortlyThe owner should not be running a business and should instead be checked into a mental insitution

Called had my vehicle towed in for a head gasket's was given a quote of $over the phone they start to work on the auto called me and said they will not continue with the head gasket replacement because he will not be able to get a warranty on it on that time they said they can get me a used engine for a $When I went into the shop they had my engine parts in a box and put it in the back of my vehicle I ask him if I can have some of discount or refund of my $deposit back considering they did not continue and finish the job that I agreed toAt that point the owner got mad and called me names told me to get out of his shop and wanted me to sign a release on the vehicle which I say I will not do at this timeI have never seen an owner of a business go ballistic like he did unbelievable I contacted the police to come down to intervene in the situation because I felt it may get out of handThe police told me that they go down to that place of business at lease three to four times a month and there's always problems with the owner being violent and rude to his customersWarning please read the reviews on Google, yelp and the Revdex.comYou will see there is a tren about how rude and disgraceful this ownerGood luck!!!
