Hi [redacted],Thanks for taking the time to explain the process. As I told you my family has been in business since 1961 and first time received a complaint from the Revdex.com.In response to the complaint, rather than respond to all the inaccuracies, my response is that very little of the statements are true...
and am working to do what is fair. Thanks,[redacted] Office Manager
Revdex.com:As the holidays approach, we can't enjoy our home in the state that we work very hard to keep it- our art work remains off the walls, as well as many areas of unsightly damages, makes entertaining our family difficult. We can't afford to re- paint, fix damaged furniture, etc. nor should we have to spend this inordinate amount of time and emotional output.
I
have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have
determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues
and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
It is a false statement : Just last week, our current agent, [redacted], of [redacted] Ins. spoke to [redacted]. He was in fact directed to do so by her agents,[redacted] and [redacted]. She would NOT give Mr. [redacted] the name of the insurers, just continued the game of telling him to call [redacted] and [redacted]. [redacted] and [redacted] has refused to accept our claim, inhibiting what is our right and just course of action. Furthermore - in May-After viewing the inferior interior work and damage done by her Father's company, [redacted] offered to pay us $1000. We flatly rejected that " offer " at which time [redacted] directed us to put in a claim w our insurance company.Refusing to participate w our professionals for months, (She stated that her attorney advised her against speaking to anyone about the matter), blocking communication between agents, and disallowing us to follow the legal path toward making our claim has been her practice since May. We are tired, frustrated, and incurring debt to repair damages etc. As the holidays approach, we can't enjoy our home in the state that we work very hard to keep it- our art work remains off the walls, as well as many areas of unsightly damages, makes entertaining our family difficult. We can't afford to re- paint, fix damaged furniture, etc. nor should we have to spend this inordinate amount of time and emotional output. We are frustrated, being thwarted at every turn, month after month. This matter continues to cost us time and emotional energy; it is unfair and dishonest business practice. Thank you - [redacted]
