Hello Ms***I first would like to state that everything I say is nothing but the truth and only the truthThere was a lot of discrepancies in your complaint in which I will detail and of which I have proof ofEverything is true about you coming to the dealership, signing paperwork, and giving
us money as a down payment for the vehicle, but the contract you signed needed stipulations in order to completely go through the financing processThe day you came into the dealership and provided your paystubs, you provided a single paystub that was very unclear and badly printedI told you in person and several times through text that we needed clear paystubs by saturday in order to proceed with this loanYou did not send them to me Saturday, but you sent me clearly photo shopped pay stubs on Monday; clear reason of photo shop was that your name and address wasn't on the same angle as the rest of the paystubs and one of the two paystubs you provided wasn't missing information pertaining to year-to-dateWe tried to give you the benefit of the doubt, however even your HR department couldn't confirm your employment, so we went to your bank location only to discover that the manager of the location has never had you employed there, nor do you work for any department of *** BankThe bank was still willing to work with you however because the pay stubs you provided showed that you had direct depositThe bank contacted you and made note on the deal that that's what they needed to keep the deal, we also told you that is what we needed for the dealHowever we struggled getting this information from *** due to her blocking all of our numbersThe bank verified they spoke with her demanding the bank statements, a signature on the unfinished contract, and more references, but after a day or two all *** provided was references and another HR number that was a cell phone to a stranger who knew nothing of this matter and did not know of ***This resulted in the bank flagging the deal for fraud and suggested we take legal action since our vehicle is now on the streets without a finished original contract and since *** falsified her income and committed fraudulent activities by editing pay stubsWe want to get our vehicle back as we don't have a complete contract, there was fraud committed for the initial approval, and you have been refusing to come to the dealership to work this outWe have been forced to contact your references that you provided to the bank as a means of contacting you and getting you to come back with our vehicleWe have told you, your family members, and the rest of your references that we were willing to work out something out with you if you would like us to not take legal actionIf you would like this to not escalate, please contact us and come to the dealership
