Review: I was refused a refund of $13.00 due to faulty machinery on the company's part. I have contacted the company repeatedly over the course of a month only to be spoken down to, dismissed, and disrespected. The company refuses to issue a full refund. The secretary "Katy"and a person who operates under the name "Tedi" have refused to take phone calls, placed the phone on hold for extended & excessive amounts of time & taken the phone off of the hook to avoid issuing a full refund.Desired Settlement: I would like the remainder of the refund owed to me, a total of $5.00 remaining.

Tedimatts received a complaint 6/**/2015 @ 5:40pm the initial complaint was answered and responded to at 6/**/2015 @ 5:43pm. This initial complaint stated that the tenant ([redacted]) had no money on her laundry card and needed to complete her laundry now and needed service on the machine immediately. She was told that we could not get a technician there right away as it was a Saturday evening and not an emergency situation. She continued to call repeatedly 4 additional times harassing our answering service. Our answering service was advised to tell her that this was out of their hands and that someone would be there first thing Sunday morning. Note as per contract Tedimatts has 24 hours to respond to a non- emergency situation. Sunday 6/**/2015 in the morning one of the owners went to the location repaired the money machine and removed the only bill that was found in the machine which was $5.00. At this time [redacted] is claiming that she lost $10.00 in the machine and $3.00 doing laundry. Though she said she had no money to do laundry on her card we refunded her the $5.00 that was found in the machine and the $3.00 she claimed to have lost doing laundry.As of today 7/**/2015 [redacted] has called an additional 10 times. She has threatened to show up to our facilities (office), contact the Revdex.com, contact police, contact the media, & also that she would hire a lawyer and take this to the next level if need be. Due to her harassment and rudeness we refuse to take any additional abusive phone calls at this time.
