Mr *** Purchased A Five Ton Heatpump HVAC System That Was Replacing A Five Ton Heatpump HVAC SystemDuring The Design He Mr *** And His Manager Ms *** Were ToldI Would Add A KW Heat Kit Larger Then The Prevous Contractor Installed But I Would Only Power Half Due To The Power PresentDuring The Start Of Winter The First Year we Had Some Colder then Below Freezing DaysMs *** Told Myself And Mr*** Her Main Office Would Not Warm Up To The Temp DesiredI Meet Mr *** Later On The Property And Advised Him He Had More Heat But I Could Not Run It Because There Was Not Enough ElectricalMr *** Said He Had To Get The Building Heating Better Before His Hud InspectionI Then Contacted *** *** *** And Had Ms *** Come Out And Let Us In And Increased the electricalWhen I Spoke To Mr *** About It He Said It Should Have Been Included In My Contract And He Was Not Going To Pay The BillDuring The Spring Of Mrs *** Did Have A Sequencer Fail Which Allowed Her Heat And AC To Run TogetherMy Technician Came And diagnosed ItI Then Followed Up With The Warranty PartDuring The Time Both Heating & Cooling System Have Been In We Have Only Warrantied One PartIt Was Only When Mr *** Contacted Me Two Weeks Ago And I Reminded Him He Had Not Paid For The Electrical And A Labor Charge Would Be Needed To Diagnose A Problem He Decided He Was Not Going To PayThat I Needed To Come Back Because He Had a Prior WarrantyThey Have Enjoyed That system For Nearly Two Years And Never Called Our Office To Say They Were Having Trouble Or Were UnhappyOur Company Will Be Happy To Refer Him To Another Lennox Dealer To Handle Any Future Warranty Info He Might Need Or Any Parts He May Need Up To His Five Year Manufactor WarrantyHowever At This Time We Are Not Willing To Do Any Futher Business With *** *** *** Via Mr Ed ***Thanks In Advance

I am rejecting this response because: Mr*** was called by both Ms*** and meHe refused to return because " he did not like the way he was talked to." In the spring of he sent a technician who commented that the system was wired improperlyThis has been a recurring problem with this company

Mr [redacted] Had Our Company Install A HVAC System That Had A One Year Labor And five Year Parts. During the First Year Mr. [redacted] Had Our Company Do Some Additional Electrical For the New System, Which He Never Paid for. Now after Two Years He Wants Us To Repair His Equipment At  No Labor. We Are Not...

Able To Provide Any More Service at That Location For Free. Please See Contract

I am rejecting this response because:
Mr. [redacted]'s response is not accurate. He recommended a larger unit than what was being replaced. The additional electrical work was what had to be done to make the larger unit work. It was all at the time of the initial installation. He made the assessment and recommended the unit which we paid him to install. It is my position that he should have know that the unit need more wiring.
I advised Mr. [redacted] that I would pay the service charge. But I advised him also that this was a recurring problem. We had to call at each change of season.

It Was Only When Mr [redacted] Contacted Me Two Weeks Ago And I Reminded Him He Had Not Paid For The Electrical And A Labor Charge Would Be Needed To Diagnose A Problem He Decided He Was Not Going To Pay.
