I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
 Yes I bought a car with 139K miles for over 10K.  The same day as it was purchased and driven home. the check engine light went on.  Not 3 months later, the SAME day you sold me the truck.   NOT REASONABLE!!   There was never a different issue. It was the same issue.  Check engine like kept going on and then finally I broke down within 2 weeks of buying it.  Ted's mechanic could not fix the check engine light problem after several attempts.  My mechanic said the check engine light had been reset to pass inspection.   I gave them amble time to fix the problem over and over and over again.   I had no choice after making several attempts to contact Ted and leaving messages that were ignored, to have my mechanic fix the problem.  I needed transportation to get to work.Unless someone wants a headache on their hands and feels like being out over 10K plus repairs I would not recommend setting foot in this place. The extended warranty was refused because of all the red tape.  I paid the towing, it was not at Ted's expense.  I am out the towing and expenses for having to fix the truck that would never had passed inspection to begin with.  Good to know that this is how they do business.   Like I said, Ted's does not stand behind every sale, only the ones they are required to by law.

mr [redacted] purchased a [redacted] from teds auto sales inc . mr [redacted] complained there was a problem with the transmission! so I told him to bring it in and we would drive and check it out ! he called me a week later and told me he went to a transmission shop and the transmission was fine the ...

transmission shop told him that was normal. Week later he called me and told me he researched it online and said that the drive shaft needed to be greased so we greased it for him at no charge and no $100.00 deductible  I told mr [redacted] we drove the vehicle and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle that we have the same vehicle in stock for him to come in and drive the one in stock  drives just like his but he refused!!.week later he called me again and said the vehicle wasn't right! he found a bulletin online that was for his vehicle so I called the local [redacted] dealer with his vin # they told me it did not apply to his vehicle.Week later he called me again and said he called [redacted] in California and there was a bulletin so we called California with his vin # and the lady there told us it did not apply to his vin #. told him we have the persons contact info .Last thing I told Mr [redacted] is if he can tell me what to fix I would have no problem fixing it! I cant fix something that isn't broken!!!! I have been in business over 25 years sold over 7500 cars and never had any problems with customers .I have always stood behind everything I sell 100% !!!!
