Ted's Excavating

This company mistreats the employer/employee relationship. The majority of their carpenters are over worked and under paid and they do not accept union workers. Most workers walk off the job. If workers are underpaid, how dedicated are they to get the job complete and correct. I would not suggest this company for this fact. They also have residential carpenters doing commercial work. Two completely different trades of carpentry, meaning that theh have workers doing jobs they have no knowledge or training of.
