I ordered a shirt from this company and either they put my address wrong on the package or sent it to the wrong address. The post office stated the package was undeliverable and it was returned to the sender. The company acknowledged the address issues and that the shirt was never delivered to me and that it was on it's way back to their facility. They are refusing to refund me even though this is in no way my fault and I never received the product I paid for. The offered me a partial refund which is UNACCEPTABLE. I want a full refund. I paid for a product I never got.

We reached to the customer with regards to her order after we found out that her order wasn't delivered to her. We received a negative feedback from the customer (which *** later removed as they considered, that it was left unfairly) and looked into the issue. We explained to the customer that there was an issue with the address provided and the postal service wasn't able to deliver the package. Please see the tracking information:

Please note that we do not manually type the shipping address on the label. The label is generated automatically using the information provided by the buyer. We shipped the package to the address provided to us, and the USPS couldn't deliver the package to that address. After that USPS tried to return the order to us. We still haven't received the item back - there are no updates of the tacking information. The package might be delayed or is lost on it's way back to us. At first we said that we would issue a partial refund. We had the right to do that - *** had already ruled that it is customer's responsibility to provide a correct address that the USPS can have access to, when removed the customer's negative feedback. We have a right to deduct initial shipping charges from a refund, as we pay for original shipping.
But after seeing how frustrated the customer was, we decided to issue a full refund before receiving the item back.
We are providing a screenshots of our correspondence with the customer. The customer's personal information is not displayed.
