Review: 1. April 2007, hired and paid Tee-Pee $4,700.00 to rip entire flat Roof to wood frame and install a complete new Roof.

2. Given a 10 year Warranty.

3. Contacted Company on June **-15 and spoke to "Natalie". Explained we have a leak in our Roof. She said she'd speak to "Bosses" and get back to me.

4. Followed up with calls on June **, **, [redacted] and got an answering machine. Left message we're waiting for a call back to schedule an appointment to inspect and repair Roof as needed.

At the close of today, 6-**-15, have not received a return call from anyone at Tee-Pee Fence & Railing Corp.Desired Settlement: Repair of Roof where leaking asap

I had a security door installed in the fall of 2013,when it got cold outside the door would not close correctly.The door had to be slammed for it to close.when I contacted the company the lady who answered the phone said it was because of the cold weather. So in other words every winter I would have this problem that is not correct this was an expensive door.winter 2014 comes along and the problem became worst.The door practically does not close.I contacted the company again .A man ([redacted]) answered the phone,I told him the problem he said they would send someone to check the problem.No one came to my house.I have left several messages no reply.very poor customer service and products.

Review: I purchased a storm security door from this company for$2200 the door was installed on 6/**/14. The door was installed incorrectly. I contacted the company with my displeasure of the door and installation. On 6/**/14 the company owners came to my house to see my complaints. They became aware of what needed to be corrected such as the door does not close securely, or does not reach floor, light shines through, doorbell wires exposed. I was told by them that someone will be out to make repairs in a week 6/**/14. On this date no one appeared l called and was told that I didn't have an appointment. I called numerous times during the week, there was no answer or was busy. The following week the phone was answered and I was told that it was not cost effective to come to the Bronx and I will have to wait until they have another job in the Bronx. It has been a month and they have not contacted me to give me a resolution, I feel because I am a senior citizen they are taking my money and taking advantage of me.Desired Settlement: I need them to replace the door with one that is correct or refund all or aportion of my money so that I can have the door done correctly.
