Good morning, I am in receipt of your letter dated Wednesday, April 13, relating to the issues raised by our customer while renting a Dollar Rent A Car in Orlando, Florida in March We have thoroughly investigated the issue with both Dollar Rent A Car and our customer Customer service is the backbone of Tee Times USA Serving our customers and advocating for our customers best interests is what has made us successful over the past years We were so sorry to learn of the confusion that happened in regards to our customers Dollar Rent A Car reservation and we found out that Dollar accidentally made the reservation for pickup in a different city, which is Dollar could not find customers reservation upon customers arrival We have attached paperwork directly from Dollar Rent A Car (who processed the customers refund directly) indicating why our customer received a refund of $as opposed to the requested amount of $ As you will note Dollar Rent A Car’s position on the matter is that there were taxes and fees (including additional toll fees) equaling $ The estimated rental car fee as you will see attached was $ However, when you subtract the $(the actual taxes and fees) from this estimate, you are left with $188.94, which is why $is the amount that Dollar Rent A Car refunded as the initial quote from Tee Times USA does not include such taxes and fees (and never does with any of our customers) as those taxes and fees are always due at the time our customers arrive at the rental counterWith that said, and in spite of Dollar Rent A Car’s conclusion, we feel terrible that our customer had to wait an hour at the counter and we have spoken with the customer directly and agreed to refund the $that the customer has requested as a gesture of goodwill and to restore the customers faith in Tee Times USA Our customers mean everything to us and we would never want a customer to have a less than outstanding experience with us We have asked the customer to reach out to the Revdex.com to confirm that they are pleased with this resolution (as Tee Times USA has fully accommodated their request and desired settlement) and we hope to have a future opportunity to plan a great golf vacation for this customerThank you for bringing this matter to our attentionBest regards, [redacted] Tee Times USAwww.teetimesusa.comtel: [redacted] *** or tollfree: (800) 374-8633cel: ( [redacted] fax: ( [redacted] @teetimesusa.com Current Specials | Gift Certificates
