Update, August 6, Still no mask. They are still saying it is "in production".
Review: We paid $1,823.10 on Jun 30th, 2014 in advanced at Tee60's request for 258 pieces; 144 cheer T-shirts and 114 cheer shorts for camp starting on Jul 31st. 144 T-shirts were delivered July 21st with the logo on the back instead of the front with the incorrect ink color. Tee60 has previously done 3 sets of shirts for us logos have ALWAYS been full front. To date the 114 pairs of shorts have not been delivered and now the company will not answer our phone calls, text messages, or Emails. On July 30th, I told [redacted], owner by Email that I had irate parents and students who had nothing to wear to camp and and he said in an Email "And by all means, blame it on us to the angry parents.You guys didn't do anything wrong. Call you in a minute " He never called or proposed a remedy for the T-shirts or shorts. Our camp is in session and the product we paid for in Jun is either not delivered or unusable. On Jun 28th we replaced 1 set of shirts with another vendor for an additional $550 with no names due to the rush timing. Our camp ends Aug 3rd,2014 as it is only 4 days long. Our cheerleaders are embarrassed not having matching shirts and short at their $375/person camp.Desired Settlement: We are requesting a full refund of $1,823.10 as the 144 shirts are not usable (screen on back instead of front) and the 114 pairs of shorts were never delivered.
Review: pre-paid $2518.08 on Visa for products 11/21/2013 and still have not received $1776.00 worth of goods. They will not return my messages or emails.
My company was charged $2518.08 on our Visa on 11/21/2013 for shirts, hats, sweatshirts, polos and jackets. We were promised delivery before Christmas as some of the items were gifts for our crew. They dropped off only t-shirts and sweat shirts and a note saying the rest would arrive in a few days. That was before Christmas and we still do not have the balance of our order. I have left several voice messages requesting them to contact me. I have sent emails requesting them to contact me. They have never returned my calls or emails or refunded my money.Desired Settlement: Either deliver our completed order within the next two weeks or refund our money. A reason why we have been avoided would be nice too.
