This "business" is either a SCAM, or are completely ignorant of ANY customer service practice/application. If ONLY there were room here to tell the whole story. Long story short, I live in Virginia. Purchashed (amd by that I do mean I HAVE PAID FOR) 2 t-shirts. Paid on Sept. 10. Today is October 26, no t-shirts. Contacted shipping, DHL, since no information was listed under the attached tracking number. Thats because they never received request to pick up an order for delivery. The "company," Teecity, can inly say they have escalated it to managememt "for investigation." Meanwhile I cant get any further reponse. I have requested a refund. Lets see how long it takes......ASSUMING it actually happens! DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICE BY TEECITY!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM TEECITY!!! ITS A SCAM!!!!
