I fulfilled approximately orders with TeelaunchThe quality of the shirts are acceptable, tho not extraordinaryHowever, the customer service experience is extremely frustratingThey switched websites while I was their customer and the new site offered some improvements but it also introduced many errors that required me to contact customer serviceThe only option to get ahold of them is via live chat although I never received a response within minutes of posting in chat They claim to have fast shipping, but in reality it takes some timeI live in Canada and getting a shirt I ordered took at least full weeks(Thankfully most of my customers are in the US)I sent a product to a relative who lives in the US as a gift and it took over a week and a half But their prices were very competitive so I stuck with them for a bit in spite of the bad service and slow shippingIn the end I stopped being their customer because they could not help me with a credit card issueWhen I started doing business with Teelaunch they accepted PayPal which is my prefered way of doing business onlineWhen the switched to the new site they stopped accepting PayPalI added my CAD credit card to process a few ordersI didn't like the idea of paying for my shirts with CAD because the rate is bad and because my card company charges a small fee to do the conversionSo I got a USD card just to use on TeelaunchBut for some reason that card never worked on their siteI entered it and re-entered it several timesThe card is brand new and has a high limitI've done several tests buying a few things in-store and online with the card and never had a problemBut no matter how many times I tried, Teelaunch seems to be the only retailer on the planet who won't accept this new card I gotI suspect the issue has something to do with it being a Canadian USD card with a Postal Code (not a zip code) for the billing address--but no one from customer service could ever help me with the issue In the end I switched to another company and am much happier so farIf you like being treated like a human when you need to contact your fulfillment co, if you enjoy being able to brag about your fast shipping, or if you live outside the US I would highly recommend using any other company besides Teelaunch

Review: Teelaunch is absolutely terrible. Two weeks have passed since I have emailed them with the full spreadsheet list of recipients and shirt sizes, and they have not even responded with a price quote. I've sent 4 emails; just one response from them -- 9 days ago -- saying "Hello we have just received it and you are priority right now. We will review this and let you know ASAP." 9 days have passed and nothing from them! It's worth noting that on their website (https://teelaunch.com/) they advertise "We print & ship in 5-10 days -- make your backers happy". Well it's been 14 days and I haven't even gotten a price quote, much less any printing and shipping. False advertisement.Desired Settlement: Teelaunch should strike the language from their website claiming that they "print & ship in 5-10 days -- make your backers happy", and issue me a written apology.
