I placed an order on July 20, 2016 order # [redacted]. I was emailed that my order would be shipped within 5-7 business days and I would receive an email regarding shipping confirmation and a tracking number. It is now August 2, 2016 and my order is still "unfulfilled" on my account, meaning they have yet to ship. I have sent 2 emails, both very courteous asking simply for an estimate time for when my order will be shipped, and they have failed to respond.
