regret not being able to handle this matter more quickly, but the particular tree in question is larger than can be handled by the Association’s landscaper and an outside vendor was required. This is the reason for the delayed action. [redacted], which is equipped to handle larger trees has been authorized to trim the tree in accordance with the request. The work should be completed within the next week.

Even though this matter occurred over a year ago we have looked into it. The difficulty is, while AMG...

is the community association manager for Mr. [redacted]’s homeowners association, it does not control the process he is complaining about. Association dues payments are processed by the Association’s bank and the funds are deposited directly to the Association’s account. AMG receives an electronic report from the bank showing what payments are received. Mr. [redacted] was asked multiple times to provide evidence of any payment(s) made but not posted to his account, but never did so. When payments are not received (and debtor provides no evidence otherwise) the Association’s governing legal documents require it to turns delinquent accounts over to legal counsel for collections. AMG is not a party to the legal case. Even at this late date, in the event Mr. [redacted] can provide cancelled checks (showing he was paid in full at the time the Association involved their lawyers) AMG will ask the Association and the lawyers to reconsider the charges. Again, and to be clear this would not be up to AMG, but we would try our best to assist. Given AMG’s role in the situation, it’s efforts to resolve this matter and for the other reasons stated above we request that this complaint not be construed against AMG or closed showing AMG’s efforts to resolve the issue.
