I spoke with [redacted] from the business and he stated that there was a delay at the manufacturer company but he did receive the bowling balls.
Review: [redacted] from Teen Master's Bowling is offering specialized bowling balls on his website. I ordered 2 of the bowling balls on January 21st. My credit card was charged immediately after. Without receiving anything, on February 4th I contacted [redacted] about the status of the bowling balls. He responded he was going to get with the manufacturer about it and email me back the same day.After receiving nothing else from [redacted], I emailed him on the 16th to check into the status. No response was received. I called the manufacturer and they stated they would email [redacted] and CC me as to the status, nothing was received once again.I am emailing him tomorrow, and giving him until Monday to respond. After that I have to dispute the credit card charge, because without any responses I don't know if I will ever get the bowling balls.Desired Settlement: I would either like the bowling balls, or a refund to my credit card until the bowling balls are ready to be shipped out.
