These guys really helped me out when I needed it. I recently purchased a new car. The day after I updated my insurance, my windshield was hit by a rock on the freeway, which caused a huge crack. I tried working with a very well known window repair company and was very disappointed at their customer service. I could not file a claim through insurance because my new car wasn't showing on my policy yet. Even though my insurance company asked them to bill them directly, they wouldn't. My insurance company agent recommended Auto Glass Excellence and I am so glad they did! They came out to my work to repair my windshield the very next morning. The technician was very nice, polite and did a great job. They had no problem billing my insurance company directly. Thank you, Auto Glass Excellence for helping me out when the other place wouldn't. I will definitely be recommending you to my friends and family.
