I purchased a *** glider from Knottle on 4-27-20 @ 11:53 am.They charged my card but no equipment arrived. Contact cannot be established
I purchased online from Knottle the *** glider advertised for $*** on 4-27-20 @ 11:53 am. It charged my credit card $*** (card ending in ***) within minutes. The website never gave me a tracking number. When I tried to contact them, the website said I didn't have an account with them. The phone number isn't a working number either. Numerous attempts have been made on their website contact form to no avail. It's now June, & I haven't received the glider. I haven't received a refund of $***. I have screenshots of the online purchase & screenshots of my bank information where the money was pulled from my account. Please find a way to contact them & help me get my money back. Thank you!

THE LAST THING ON TRACKING SAYS 5/10/20 *** DELIVERED TO AIR TRANSPORT. I DID SOME RESEARCH AND DISCOVERED THAT THE TRACKING NUMBER IS FOR A SMALL PACKET I CONTACTED THEM BY EMAIL AND USING THE WEBSITE ASKING FOR A REFUND DUE TO THEIR SCAM AND I WAS AWARE THAT THEY ARE A MAILING OUT 1-2 FACE MASKS INSTEAD OF SEWING MACHINES. I ADVISED THEM THAT I CONTACTED THE POLICE Revdex.com AND AUTHORITIES IN *** AS WELL SINCE I HAD ASKED FOR A REFUND FOR THE FOURTH TIME AT FIRST THEY ANSWERED MY EMAILS TELLING ME THE PACKAGE WAS DELAYED DUE TO COVID-19 AND PLEASE BE PATIENT. AFTER I INFORMED THEM THAT A SEWING MACHINE COULDNT FIT IN A SMALL LETTER PACKET THEY WONT RESPOND

Bought from a person posing as an american seller, was provided a *** tracking #, now unable to track item. Month later item not received
I purchases a plant on a website called shapped.com. The item looked like it was being sold by a person in the US. I received an invoice from a Leslie ***. Afterwords, I received a tracking number with *** characters from a ***, and the seller's name was Shilan *** not Leslie ***. Now the item has not moved at all. There is no way this plant would arrive alive.

Immediately after ordering 2 products from said company, I told the company through email that I didn't want the products and wanted a refund. The company asked me why I wanted a refund, and I told them, and then they emailed me back saying my products will be shipped soon.

ordered a hair straightner for $66.00, paid with *** and money deducted immediately. I waited a month just to receive A tiny package with the item description on front stating underwear. Opened it and there were 2 white masks ! The company is admitting they sent wrong product but can not refund me for 1 to 2 months!? He would not explain more, just that their Logistics dept. Is telling him that! It's happening to A LOT of people! Taking the $ and sending 2 masks! Ridiculous !

What happened was I was just browsing the internet when I came across folliod.club. I saw that they were selling an expensive *** snare drum real cheap. Thinking it was a good deal, I quickly grabbed my credit card and made the purchase of $***. I later received the confirmation email as well as another email with the tracking number. I began to believe that there was a problem when I ran the tracking number to see that my order originated in ***. Over the ensuing days, I watched my purchase travel from *** to *** to me. When I came home today, rather than finding a large box and a new snare drum, instead, I found a small bubble mailer with some KN95 masks inside. I feel as though folliod pulled a bait and switch at my expense.

I ordered a sewing machine in April, om the site it shoes to be a company based in the US. Well, turns out it's not. Seller is in China. I emailed the seller until I got a response and tracking info. I did get a delivery but not for the ordered sewing machine, it was face masks. Clearly a scam. I emailed the seller, no response. Filed for a dispute, hopefully I get my money back.

I ordered a sewing machine from these people. I ordered it from their site *** on 4/18/20. Out of curiosity, I went to *** to see how much this particular machine typically sells for and low and behold, there was the machine I bought from the teenserge site! The teenserge site had stolen the pictures and the EXACT wording from an *** auction!!! That's when I realized I'd been had by these deceitful scammers! Tried to get my money back from paypal, but they said the saw nothing wrong with the transaction and denied my claim. Funny thing is, teenserge sent me a shipping notice and the first time I entered it on the USPS website, it said there were multiple items with the same shipping number. A few days later I entered the shipping number and It doesn't say that now. It DOES say that it was sent with first class international mail...small packet. First class international mail weight can only go up to 4 pounds. The sewing machine weighs about 30 pounds, so of course, this is a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THEIR SITE!!!
