I am rejecting this response because: Nothing in his response was ever mentioned to meTheir agent simply said Nov was the first date avail able and swiped my credit card for $No other info was provided to meThe cancellation procedure he mentions is a fabricationI called within days and cancelled the orderTheir agent *** said she would process my refund. several work days later I called again and she said she would "research " the status of my refundIn short the response is

To whom it may concern, We made a commitment to Mr. [redacted] for the installation of materials that have been ordered to be installed on November 4th. We are still holding a spot on our very busy installation schedule for Mr. [redacted]. We have checked our mail but have not seen a letter...
stating that Mr. [redacted] would like to cancel. Outlined in the attached sales contract is the cancelation procedure. It states that a letter must be mailed to the contractor by the second business day. We as the contractor our obligated by this contact as well to uphold our commitment until it is properly canceled. A cancelation letter would be looked at by me, the owner. The cancelation would then be processed and a refund would be issued. Other office staff do not process cancelations.
