I am rejecting this response because:RE ID ***Dear Sir/Madam:I have just recently receiv** their response to my original complaint This is my response.I paid ** the first check on May 23, 2017, He accept** the job two weeks prior and came to get the check on that day At this time I made sure "verbally" that He would be on the job with the painters.** said "yes" With all the stalling the Painters finally start** on I believe W**nesday, June 21, That is a minimum of four weeks.I had expect** the job to start a lot earlier and be finish** prior to June 4, I told ** I would be unavailable from 6/4-11/and He could start on the 12th of JuneHe forgot, and I had to call Him back to get a start date He said they were waiting for me to call? The 6/12/date had been set and I was waiting that morning for the painters ** kept stalling (due to rain - mine was an inside job - He finally told me that He had to hire painters), and I ask** him If He want** me to hire others to do the job and please return the check He told me He had already bought the materialsI was excit** about this jobThis is my final home and I want to showcase it.Now,I feel like I have been sucker punch** and my character assassinat** Really? ** never came back to my job He went on vacation, without telling me, when I expect** Him to be watching the people, He hir** to paint my home I would have had a friend house sit the painters,if I had known that ** was not going to be thereI have never left my house unattend** in the past, and the Painters were contract** to do the job, by *** The short time I was home, I was watching the news and I know that they paint** from 8-4pm on that day The rest of the hours I cannot account for because ** was not here and neither was IThe job speaks for itself I will be happy for any contractor, to come in, from the Revdex.com to check out this job.The job is that of a first time HS student painter, sloppy.Everything that was said about me personally was a lie, except for the clutter. Did they really ne** to stoop so low as to attack my character? That is libelTo hide their own weakness' They did not finish the job or do a walk through with me Not **, the contractor, or Steve and Danny the paintersThis is completely unethical They just came and left on a W**nesday They left my place in complete disarray and unfinish** NO EXCUSE!I was not told to put anything away from my countertops.I was told they would have drop clothes and cover everything They did not If they had they would have cover** everything and I would not have paint splatter on furniture, vanities, sinks, faucets, carpet or mats, just to name a few.Yes there were liquor bottles there, approx I work for a liquor store, some were presents and most I give away None were empty The rest were flower vasesI know for a fact that the open bottle of Rowans Creek bourbon, was either broken or drunk, not by me, I found the bottle cap on the floor and the botle in the garbageThis top disappear** from the floor, only after the W**nesday they left me high and dryThis is fact not fiction.I do not drink on workday evenings I am a collector Never assume.lies, lies and more lies! They are making things up, due to their poor workmanship and the fact that they destroy** my year old home with the paint job, and that the whole job must be re-done bas** on another contractor who has already been to my home and has seen what has been done, by ** Teeples and His painters. I have no reason to lie, I am the customer and service people who are hir**, are judg** on each and every job that they perform for a homeowner This is their Company and their work, not mine.I have bent over backwards for them I put my thermostat down to 77', for a better work environment I let them use my refrigerator and was conversational There was never a cross word between the painters and myself. They agre** to the second bathroom and closet, as long as I paid them directly and bought the paintThey did not want me going through *** The quote was $ They did not paint the bathroom or closetThis was agre** on prior to me writing any check to Steve Watson, He even help** me pick out the color I bought sample paintThe three of us all agre** on the color and I went to Home Depot and bought the amount of paint that Steve told me to buyWhy would they have agre** to paint these extra areas 1) if I was behaving badly in anyway at this point (after the doggie door incident) or If they had plann** to stiff me? There was never any "tip" or impli** "tip"Sounds like ** call** them off the job and told them they were finish** and get out out there! Afterall, that was how He answer** me in a text. I will not be taken advantage of.I never threaten** them, spoke "nasty", us** "raw" language or was hateful in anyway This is all made up as an excuse as to why they left my home, unfinish**Who in their right mind would want painters in there home for two years? Not meI do not curse, you can ask my friends, I just don't This is all a made up story told to ** by the painters and they are trying to get by with it, and try to blame me as to "Why" they left The three of them in there two hour meeting probably concoct** it the whole story Not working I know the facts.I also never threaten** to sue them This just gets more ridiculous as I read through it I was in the b**room talking to Danny about missing paint areas, not me, not sex I also have never thought of myself as "sexy" in any way Average, yes, OK yesWas Steve upset because He was not initially includ** in this conversation One has to askI will be happy to put my hand on the bible and refute these lies All this is, are excuses to ** and from ** of why they did not finish the job, poor workmanship, or do a walk through to complete the job They got caught and are trying to put the blame on me. They lock** me out of my home one night, and I did text message them that they would have to pay for a hotel room if I could not get in.That was not a threat, that was fact I punch** out the doggie dooron my back porch with my feet and got into my home I replac** the doggie door firmly, and went to the garage, look** around, found out that there was miscellaneous paint stuff in front of the sensor lights that control the movement of the garage door I mov** the stuff and put my car in the garage The doggie door is not in the garage! My boyfriend laugh** at me regarding Me going in through the doggie door It was quite the joke at the time I have a witness!I explain** it all the next morning, with a sense of humorThey were not upset and I did not ask for any monies because I got into my home and personally fix** the garage door, not the painters Another lie dispell**My job was incomplete and I did not have a walk through with the Contractor, ** Teeples or the Painters.My father was in construction for years and I learn** a lot I know the right thing to do!I know right from wrong.I never us** nasty language, spoke poorly of ** or anything else.Personally I do not care where they live, they took the job That onus and their drive has nothing to do with meLIEI overslept once Due to m**ication I do not mix m**ications with alcohol, that is just not going to happen If they were actually at my home that day, why did they not call me? They did not They just left I was up within minutes and they were already back in Weatherford, and refus** to come back I said "great" enjoy your day off!I have a College degree, in Communications and Business With my work history, I know degrading someone is not the way to goIt has happen** to me personally before I would never treat someone that way! I have had different jobs, during my life, depending on where I was with my childrens schools I have never been fir**I work** my way through CollegeThat says a lot.I am known to be kind, caring, helpful,loyal,great work ethic, dependable, timely, honest to a fault, and being in control, I was always the designat** driver among my friends I have never been rude to anyone in my life.They did steal all business cards and the contract! I kept a one of each card in my wallet, the rest just disappear** There were three of each in the drawer,(to hand out to friends).I don't care how many clearances ** Teeples has had from the FBI it has no bearing on this job The fact still remains that the job is a disaster and not done to the Customers Satisfaction.All I have read in the rebuttal is a character assassination of me as a cover to hide behind from the Painters to ***The only negative things that were said about ** were from the Painters to meThey were never going to work for Him again He did not pay enough They were upset that they had to go get paint in White Settlement, etcHow would I even come up with this? Someone is lying and it is not me!Sounds like and smells like a scam! Once again ** was suppose to be at my home daily** told me that He had bought all the supplies, (the reason he told me not to hire someone else and give me a refund) so why were not all the paint and supplies at my home in my garage the day the job start**?????There are too many holes in this "story", they just do not add up.I "can only take so much" of these lies and untruths.
