Ordered two sweaters off their website in December 2019. After waiting over a month I finally received one of the sweaters. I was told that in order to receive a refund for both I had to return the sweater I had to Vietnam!!!! The original cost of both sweaters was 80 USD. To make the return would cost me 60 USD for one sweater. I reached out to the company a number of times and they keep promising to contact me but I don't even get a response. I'm very annoyed by this. Oh, and the sweater I did receive was nothing like the picture.
