Hi ***, I am so sorry to hear of the unauthorized charges posted to your accountUnfortunately, because the way our site works, we do not require buyers to have an accountEach time an order is placed, the buyer is required to fill out the order form completely - including the payment sectionYou must physically enter the card number each time an order is placed on our siteWe do not store payment information Once an order has been placed, the card number originally entered is encrypted so that no one can view the card numberWe are only able to see the last four digits of the card charged for an orderI'm truly sorry that the agent you spoke to wasn't able to provide you with the information you want - but due to privacy policies, we aren't able to give order information outWe can confirm the information, meaning if you give us that information, we can confirm whether or not it is what was used on the order All of the unauthorized orders have been cancelled and refunded for you accordingly, so you'll be seeing those credits post back to your account within 3-business days, depending on the policies of your bankUnfortunately, we cannot block your information from being used due to the way orders are placedEach order form must be filled out completely at the time the order is being placed I've sent you an email directly confirming the refunds and some other information you might find helpfulShould you need anything else, or have any additional questions, please reply to that email and I'll be happy to help you with anything I can Sincerely, ***

Hello - this issue has not been resolved Teespring continues to sell products with my illustrations on them, and will not agree to stop selling my copyright illustrations Much like Ohio State, who had to sue Teespring, and was successful, Teespring continues its practise of selling other people's designs without permission They claim that they are simply a platform, but they are ultimately responsible and are profiting by continuing to do this I would like future assurance in writing from this company that they will no longer sell my copyright illustrations That is when I will be satisfied Currently they have not agreed to do so I can't even call this company - phone line is simply a loop that goes to no human Thank you, [redacted]
