Bad Business Practices & doesn't respond efficiently or promptly to customers. 8/25/16 To ALL whom it may concern @ Teespring,Let me start off by saying that I am fed up with you company. The Revdex.com will be hearing from me and [redacted] your company.I have tried far too many times to contact you. The only way you accept any kind of contact is via email, which conveniently takes 24-48 hours for you to respond. Your company doesn't accept phone calls because you do not empty your voicemail box. Upon sending an email to you, you conveniently & purposely ship the order so you "cannot stop" it. I'm onto your games. The only positive response I have had from you company was from [redacted]. As far as anyone else, they should be fired. There have been two shirts I did not order. I have been charged for them. I have returned them to you and am still waiting on a refund. Therefore, I'm disputing the charges from your company because I did not order these items. One in fact goes against my beliefs. Why would I order such? I wouldn't! Your asinine business practices will stop immediately. You cannot force anyone to have your garbage merchandise! The items that I did not order and have already shipped back to you was a shirt "One Country Under God" (I do not know what the order number was because I didn't order it.) & this one "Daesh Hunting Team", order number [redacted]. Kindly refund the money IMMEDIATELY for both shirts. I will not ever do business with your company again and if I hear of anyone wanting to order from your company, I will advise them to not order anything because your business practices are severely flawed! After waiting for more than 6 months for 2 watches ordered they still have arrived and having hard time contacting themThe original printed copy of the receipt has come up missing but after 2 months of waiting called a number on the receipt and was told that they could not do much since it was just a confirmation call and cannot not do anything directly. Now the receipt is lost so no order number, confirmation number or other information to be more accurate.Desired SettlementEither delivery of the 2 watches or refund of the money and perhaps closure of the site

Company did not respond to multiple complaints that a product for sale on its website is a violation of copyright and violates terms of use of the[redacted].
