On July we tinted the Tesla for our client a RealtorThe car was dropped of at 9:am July She had to pick the Tesla up the next day on the 30th at pm as she had a closing and signing at 9am on the 31stShe was asked to keep the
car in the sun for days so that water used during installation could evaporate, and was also asked not to roll the windows up or down for days
After four days she came back with water bubbles in the film that still needed time to evaporateAfter days she came back and the car looked great with one water bubble in the rear windowI advised her it needed a little more sun and we would get it outShe said she was moving to *** and would not be able to do that

I dropped the car off on the morning of July 29, He told me he needed the car for at least hours, which was fineI picked it up on July 30th at 1:00, and yes, needed my car for work on July I followed all directions he notedAfter days, there were still many bubbles, but it did look betterThe back window, did not! I told him I was moving to ***, where it's hot and wanted to have it done before moving, which was a month awayEach time I brought the car back, he just kept telling me to have a company that used LUMAR film to redo itI have been in *** now, for a few weeks, homeless, and currently taking classes to reinstate my *** business license, all while trying to find a home and figure out which city I will live inI CAN NOT worry which *** LUMAR film company can redo my window, let alone be without a carHis response is ludicrous, and unacceptable
